Images of a bronze stature of two fire fighters in action - a memorial dedicated to Saskatoon Fire Fighters past (Charles Martin McGinnis, Lawrence E. (Curley) Woodhead, Victor James Budz, Dennis Aron Guenter) and future who have given the ultimate sacrifice in the service and protection of this community. By placing this memorial at the site of #6 Fire Station, in conjunction with the Budz-Guenter Memorial House, it becomes an active living legacy of public awareness and education in fire prevention and portrays the dire consequences of the ravages of fire in terms of life and property within our community.

Images of the bronze statue of Denny Carr jogging - a popular radio host known for his tremendous volunteer work in the community - he was often seen jogging by this very spot - Spadina Crescent East beside the University Bridge Donated by Friends of Denny Carr Committee Denny Carr was the morning voice of radio in Saskatchewan for nearly 40 years. He volunteered his time on a daily basis to help improve the lives of others. On any given day in any season, you could see Denny jogging past this very spot. This sculpture is tribute to the special friend who touched us all.
