Edwin was enlisted Sept. 22, 1941 and was discharged February 7, 1946. He served in Canada, United Kingdom and continental Europe. His decorations include 1939-45 Star, France and Germany Star, Defence Medal, and the Canadian Volunteers Service Medal and Clasp.
