Saskatoon Fire Fighter Memorial :
1990
Images of a bronze stature of two fire fighters in action - a memorial dedicated to Saskatoon Fire Fighters past (Charles Martin McGinnis, Lawrence E. (Curley) Woodhead, Victor James Budz, Dennis Aron Guenter) and future who have given the ultimate sacrifice in the service and protection of this community. By placing this memorial at the site of #6 Fire Station, in conjunction with the Budz-Guenter Memorial House, it becomes an active living legacy of public awareness and education in fire prevention and portrays the dire consequences of the ravages of fire in terms of life and property within our community.
